Michael Holtzman received his BS in Restaurant Management from California Polytechnic University in Pomona, California, and now has 45 years of food and beverage industry experience. His focus has been on improving the sales, quality, and profitability of food service operations.
Over the past 31 years, Mike and the Holtzman Group team have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in profits for their clients with services ranging from consulting engagements, to kitchen design, to full implementation of designs/ recommendations.
